By booking a package or add-on with Front Step Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Installation and Display

The Front Step Studio provides seasonal porch styling and pumpkin display installation services. All displays are installed at the location agreed upon at booking and remain on the client's property for the duration of the rental period.

Exposure to the Elements

All pumpkins, gourds, and other display materials are installed outdoors and are exposed to weather, temperature, sun, wind, rain, and other environmental conditions beyond our control. Natural aging, discoloration, softening, or decay of pumpkins and organic materials over the display period is expected and is not a defect in our work.

Limitation of Liability

The Front Step Studio is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, vandalized, or damaged once installed. This includes damage or loss caused by weather, animals, pests, passersby, theft, or any other event outside our direct control. Client assumes responsibility for the display once installation is complete.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area. Client is responsible for notifying Front Step Studio of any property conditions that may affect installation or safety.

Cancellations and Changes

Due to the nature of our services, including scheduling, sourcing, and installation costs incurred in advance, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

Payment

Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Changes to These Terms

The Front Step Studio may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
